Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipments within 48 US States
We understand that when you make an order, you want your products as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We own and operate a distribution center in Vancouver, Washington.
Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products that are “In Stock”  will ship within 7 Days. We ship products on Mondays and Thursdays that are not holidays.
In some cases, if an item is out of stock, we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
A shipping confirmation email will typically be sent within 36 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Sunday night and it ships out Monday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx, however we do utilize UPS as well.

The shipping rates for the contiguous 48 states are as follows:
Fast Standard Shipping 10% of Sales to a Maximum of  $20
(extra fee for large or heavy items may apply)

Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Monday and Thursday are shipping days.
Standard Shipping
  • Delivery typically in one to seven business days from date shipped from the warehouse.

Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Processing." Once an order has a status of "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

International Orders
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Oversize/Heavy Items
Large and heavy items carry an additional charge to adjust for extra fees incurred shipping these items.

Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

EZ Green Clean does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact EZ Green Clean at immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but EZ Green Clean will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

Refund Policy
Refunds and/or exchanges are offered on fiber products and tools up to 15 days after the order date when in new condition. Email EZ Green Clean at to request a return authorization.  Products must be received by EZ Green Clean within 14 days of receiving the authorization date.  Cost to return products is the responsibility of the customer.  These returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  EZ Green Clean will make final determination as it relates to if a product is in new condition.  In the event of a dispute, all decisions by EZ Green Clean are final.
